SAVE THE DATE: ITU FG-TIDA Face-to-Face Kick-Off Meeting
30 November – 2 December 2026 | Paris
Hosted by the French Ministry of the Interior
Launched at AI for Good on 9 July with strong, broad consensus — 42 Member States, 400 participants, 54 countries, 47 companies, 11 universities — TIDA now holds its first in-person kick-off meeting on 30 November and 30 December 2026 in Paris, hosted by the French Ministry of the Interior.
TIDA — the ITU-T Focus Group on Trust and Identity for Humans and Agentic AI — is a pre-standardization initiative under ITU-T Study Group 17 (Security). It brings together industry, academia, and standards bodies to build common terminology, trust frameworks and lifecycle models, reference architectures for identity and agent discovery, and interoperability mechanisms — covering trust and digital identity for both humans and agentic AI.
